Advanced insulated concrete construction delivers exceptional structural strength, hurricane resistance and improved thermal performance, resulting in quieter interiors, stable indoor temperatures and lower ongoing energy consumption.

Floors and roofs were engineered as solid concrete systems, creating a cohesive architectural envelope that enhances durability, acoustic comfort and long-term resilience – qualities that remain evident in daily life.
